I try to make shipping simple for you.  As soon as the order is placed and the payment has been cleared, I will ship your item or items with USPS.  This usually happens in 3-5 days from placing the order.  I will email you the tracking number so we can both follow your treasures coming to you to enjoy.

If you are not happy with the product that you have purchased, please let me know so that we can make it right for you. Do you want to return the item or do you want an exchange? That is something we can discuss. If you have the original packing material and can use it, that is fine. Please include your name, phone number and the item that you are returning in the package that you are returning. You do not need to include the order slip. The time frame for returns is 30 days from the purchase of the item. I will provide an address label for the return of the item. What is spent in return shipping will become a credit on your account to use on a future purchase.
